This image song collection features six tracks written by Takeuchi Naoko. Many of the tracks played during the first season of anime.
Tracks 2-9 include a dialogue portion that forms an ongoing conversation between Luna and Usagi. A translation of the conversation is available here. The versions of the songs without the dialogue bumpers are available on Memorial Song Box Disc 2.
The version of Princess Moon on this CD is a cover by the group Apple Pie. The version from the show is available on Memorial Song Box Disc 1, along with Moonlight Densetsu (track 1) and Heart Moving (track 10).
Maboroshi no Ginzuishou – Silver Crystal was replaced by My Only Love in the English adaptation (Sailor Moon’s transformation into Princess Serenity) and Anata no Sei Janai was replaced by Rainy Day Man in English.
