This soundtrack features all of the music from the R movie and much of the music from the R series. Tracks are long and contain multiple pieces. The Tuxedo Mask theme features a trumpet lead, and some songs substitute voices for certain instruments. The second version of "I am Sailormoon" from the Moon Revenge single released a month earlier is included, but it did not appear in the movie. Both the closing song, Moon Revenge, and I am Sailormoon from the Dreaming Sailormoon special that aired before the movie, are performed by Peach Hips (seiyuu for Sailormoon & the Inner Senshi).
Some of the tracks on this CD correspond to a track on the SMR Movie Music Collection, as noted below. However some are found spread over that album in different locations.
