• English Sailor Moon Songs

  See International Albums: American. The songs used in the Sailormoon S and SuperS dub episodes were not released on CD but there are TV rips available on that page. The movie dub songs are on Sailor Moon: Lunarock.

• English dub background music

  One CD has been released with a selection of the English dub BGM from the first two seasons: Full Moon Collection. The third and fourth seasons of the English dub, Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon SuperS, use the original Japanese BGM.

• Japanese background music (anime)

  The background music from the Japanese anime was released on a series of original soundtracks called Music Collections and on a Memorial Music Box set released after the series' completion: Anime Soundtracks. See that page for how to find background music from an episode.

• Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon background music

  BGM from the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon live action series is available on the Moonlight Real Girl Memorial CD Box, DJ Moon 1, DJ Moon 2, and DJ Moon 3.

• Transformation Music (Japanese)

  Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: DJ Moon 1 tracks 18-21 for Sailor Moon, Mercury, Jupiter and Mars; DJ Moon 2 track 10, part 1 for Sailor Venus.

  Anime:
  • Moon Prism Power Make Up: SM Music Collection Extra Version track 3 (repeated on Music Box Disc 2 track 12 cues 2, 3).
  • Moon Power Disguise: Music Box Disc 2 track 10.
  • Sailor Moon R: Moon Crystal Power Makeup: Music Box Disc 3 track 15 cues 1, 3, 4 (previously released on SM Music Collection Extra Version track 10); Music Box Disc 8 track 21 cue 1.

• I can't find a rare piece of background music (BGM) on your site.

  Some BGM are NOT available on any Sailor Moon CD. Haruka and Michiru holdings hands in the windowsill. Usagi crying in the phonebooth. And some others that are frequently requested. That means I cannot get them for you (it's amazing how many people don't get this concept.) These BGM are noted as "Studio Library" in the Memorial Music Box booklet. Studio Library pieces (SLP) were written somewhere else, not originally composed for the series, and Toei did not have the rights to distribute the music along on the Sailor Moon soundtracks. Frequently these SLP are classical music pieces. See the Studio Library page for episode rips of SLP and a couple of the original classical compositions. Repeat: I cannot get you music that is Studio Library. And if it is a classical music piece that was used in the series, I cannot identify it for you.
